Discussion Meeting by Experts on Door-to-Door New Medical Services Project (Tentative Spots) by Community Hygiene Service Organizations Held by the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning

To further boost hygiene service capacity at the grassroots and intensify appeal for contract-signing services by home-based doctors, on July 21, 2017, the grassroots hygiene offices under the municipal commission of health and family planning convened experts’ seminar on door-to-door new medical service projects (tentative spots) by community hygiene service organizations. Over 10 experts from such sectors as general practice, nursing, recovery, gerocomy, community hygiene management and so forth participated in the seminar.
In the meeting, the grassroots hygiene office introduced background and drafted work plans on initial services for tentative spots of door-to-door new medical services under community hygiene service organizations. Beijing Association of Nursing Workers introduced follow-up training for door-to-door new medical service projects by community hygiene service organizations and formulating planning on relevant work norms. Experts present the meeting gave lectures by centering upon how to carry out door-to-door new medical service projects by community hygiene service organizations and how to compile work norms and training textbooks.
The convening of this meeting marks the launching of municipal community hygiene service organization to carry out tentative spot work for new medical service projects and is a concrete embodiment of thoroughly putting into force Notification on Printing and Distributing of Guidance Opinions on Contract-signing Services by Home Doctors by the Medical Reform Office under the State Council and Implementing Ideas on Spurring Combination of Medical Hygiene with Pension Services by the Municipal Government General Office.
