On June 10, the Blood Purification and Artificial Liver Training Center, founded by Beijing You’an Hospital attached to the Capital Medical University and Asahi Kasei Medical Co., Ltd of Japan on cooperation, is officially put into operation at Beijing You’an Hospital, signifying that China’s education and training work for the new technology of blood purification and artificial liver has been upgraded onto a higher stage.

Developing fast in these years, blood purification and artificial liver technology has become an important treatment on diseases such as multiple organ failure, severe hepatitis, hepatic failure, and refractory autoimmune ailment. The technology features extensive adaptability, quick effect and safety, to name a few, and wins the heart of clinical medical staff and patients.
