On April 29, Deputy Director Yu Luming met Diare Mamady, ambassador of Republic of Guinea in China, in Zhonghuan Office Building. They had a negotiation on cooperation in medical field between Conakry, the capital city of Guinea, and Beijing.

Deputy Director Yu Luming first expressed his thankfulness to Guinea, for its continuous support and assistance for medical aiding team to Guinea from Beijing Municipal Health Bureau. He recalled the experience of visiting Guinea this February, and expressed the hope that Manady would raise more comments and suggestions on the medical team, for further improving the team’s work and making new contribution to the long-lasting amiable cooperation relations between the two countries.

Ambassador Diare Mamady extended his gratitude for the Chinese team’s contribution to the health of Guinea people and spoke highly of the team’s significant role in promoting the health condition of Guinean people and driving forward the development of the health industry in Guinea. He said that among the cooperation projects in many areas between the two countries, medical health cooperation was the typical representative which progressed best. Also he showed his willingness to extend the cooperation scope in medical health fields to bring about more cooperation fruits.

Moreover, they undertook a broad discussion on the cooperation, exchange, personnel cultivation, technology and equipment support in the medical institutions of the two countries.

All leading comrades of the International Cooperation Office participated in this negotiation.
